Cases of intentional acts or breaches of the trust obligation often lead to undue enrichment as well as cases of non-compliance and non-compliance. An applicant may even be entitled to unjustified enrichment if there is no other substantive right. The Commercial Uniform (UCC) allows a late buyer to reimburse the buyer`s deposit to the extent that it exceeds the appropriate lump sum or actual damage.  If the contract does not contain a lump sum damages clause, the UZK provides for a legal amount: 20% of the price, i.e. USD 500, depending on the lower value, and the buyer who has fallen behind is entitled to reimbursement of a possible deductible. Restitution proactively involves both the victim and the offender in repairing the damage caused to the victim.
